Some would call this album my best work. Some would not say this. I find it a challenge, but it has some of my favorite songs, like February in Michigan and Streets of Heaven. Everything was recorded on a bro box (you can hear it grinding away at the beginning of each song) by playing into the bro boxes mic and then playing the tape over my stereo system and playing along with it into the bro box again. Overdubbing with a vengeance. The boxes tape speed and the stereos tape speed were slightly different which added to the level of dedication. The instrumentals at the end were not originally a part of this release, but they were recorded in the same way around the same time which qualifies them as appropriate bonus tracks. I think I'm playing a Les Paul Custom that I borrowed from my brother Rolf. The bass is my Hagstrom.
